Oily skin
Oily skin naturally produces excess sebum. For some this creates a sheen on the skin, while others experience blemishes from oil buildup. Skin needs to be balanced in order to minimize oil production without drying out.

Cleansing
You should clean your oily skin twice a day, once in the morning and the other just before going to bed. Use warm water with a suitable, natural gentle face wash (cleansing oil, gel, foam, moisturizing soap...).
(Forget overly irritant or abrasive soap- or alcohol-based products that risk causing a rebound effect: the skin defends itself, becomes imbalanced and produces more sebum.)

Moisturizers
Using a daily moisturizer will help to rebalance moisture levels and oil production of oily skin. Gel moisturizers have a water-like texture and are super lightweight. They contain the lowest amount of oil, waxes, and emulsifiers.

Masks & Peeling
Oily skin naturally produces excess sebum and needs to be balanced in order to minimize oil production without drying out. Exfoliation should be an essential step in all beauty routines, but for oily skin it’s a must as it’ll help rid the face of any dirt, debris or dead skin that’s blocking the pores. For oily skin, we also recommend doing at least two masks a week – one detoxifying mask and one soothing mask. Discover our high efficient natural peelings and masks.
